FAQ


1. Are you designing spaces, running a restaurant, capturing moments, styling, managing a shop, or working in another field, and interested in collaborating?

I would love to hear about it! Share the details of your project with me and let’s explore how we can bring it to life.

 

2. Where do you ship? 

Currently, I only ship within Norway. Due to new regulations, shipping to the EU and the USA is temporarily suspended. I’m working on updating my shipping options and hope to offer international delivery again soon.

 

3. Is local pick-up available?

Absolutely, you're welcome to pick up your order directly from my studio. Just send me an email to arrange a convenient time. 

 

4. Any care recommendations?

Because my stoneware and porcelain pieces are handmade, they're a bit more delicate than factory-produced ceramics. I recommend handling them with care.

Most items are safe to clean in the dishwasher. Many of my designs intentionally have unglazed outer surfaces, which will naturally change over time. These areas will naturally evolve over time, they may darken, smooth out, or pick up subtle marks, reflecting their use and your everyday rituals.

 

5. I noticed the item I’m interested in isn’t available. Is there a way to reserve one?

Yes, you’re welcome to place a pre-order. Simply reach out via the contact form, and I’ll follow up with the expected timeframe. Keep in mind that production times can vary depending on the season and demand.

If you’d like a reminder about the next shop update, you can join my mailing list or follow me on Instagram. Updates typically happen around three to four times a year.


6. Do you offer classes or workshops?

I offer a few classes each year to join me in the studio and learn throwing techniques. I also teach ceramics at other studios — feel free to contact me for information on my upcoming classes or if you have something special in mind. 

 

7. Can I stop by your studio?

Yes, definitely! There’s usually a selection of pieces available if you’d like to browse or take something home. Just send me an email to arrange a time. Studiokamillabarski@gmail.com

 

8. Want to stay in the loop about restocks or shop updates?

The best way is to join my mailing list,  I usually send out a heads-up about a week in advance. You’ll also get occasional updates (2–4 per year), including special discounts and news.
